Request Marketing Services for an Event
This form is for requesting a University-sponsored event to be placed on the master calendar and to receive marketing support for University-sponsored events only.

Event Marketing:
Submit the online form or send a Request for Event Marketing Services Form to the Marketing Communications Coordinator, Molly Shook, at shookm@stthom.edu. If you are filling out the PDF form, be sure to save a copy of the completed PDF to your computer, and then attach that saved copy to the email you are sending.
Timeline for Submission:
- Submit a UST master calendar listing (one without event marketing or publicity services necessary) a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Request basic publicity services (newspaper calendar listings only) 3 weeks prior to the event. Sandy Soliz, director of Communications, will contact you regarding your publicity request.
- For a major University event that requires a poster/flyer, a direct-mail postcard or a more extensive publicity plan, please submit this form 6 weeks prior to the event. Sandy Soliz, director of Communications, will contact you regarding your publicity request.
