Brittany Downs comes to UST after playing volleyball for four years at King High School in Corpus Christi, TX , three of which were on varsity.  She received 1st team All-District twice, All-Tournament Team three times, as well as All South Texas, All Metro, and 2nd Team All-District. Brittany led her team to play-offs all three years she was on varsity.  She played club volleyball for 5 years on BRVC and 1 year on CC Wave. Her CC Wave team qualified for the Tour of Texas and Junior Olympics. Brittany has also excelled in the classroom taking Honors; she’s on the permanent honor roll, and Top 100. She intends on majoring in Pre-med.  She was also involved in varsity softball for two years.

Catherine Loth has been playing volleyball for four years at Seton School in Manassas, Virginia. She is a three-year letter winner, playing in the State Tournament each year, under Coach Pat Mooney. Catherine received All-Tournament, All-Conference, All-Area and All-State her junior and senior years. She has played three years of club volleyball, one for Arlington Volleyball Club and two for Clash Volleyball Club. Catherine plans on majoring in philosophy and is very exciting about playing for St. Thomas is the fall. Pictured are her parents, John and Julieanne, and Seton School's Athletic Director, Dan Vander Woude. 

 
Jordan Daniel

Jordan Daniel played volleyball for two years at Dodge City High School in Dodge City, KS and two years at Alice High School in Alice, TX , where she received All-District, All-South Texas, and All-Academic honors.  She played 6 years of club volleyball, 4 with Western Kansas Six-Shooters and two with Coastal Area Volleyball Club.

Photo: Alisha at player signingAlisha is a two year letter winner as a setter at Tarkington High School, leading her team to playoffs both years. Alisha received All-Tournament and 1st team All-District her junior year and 1st team All-District and Academic All-State her senior year. She played four years of club volleyball, three years playing for Willowbrook and currently playing for Texas Airborne. She will be graduating from Tarkington as the Salutatorian of my class and a member of the Beta Club. She plans on will be working towards becoming a physical therapist. Pictured are her grandfather, John Wyscarver, and grandmother, Dianne Wyscarver, high school coach, Denise Johnson and UST coach, Jill Reynolds.
