UST ID Card
The UST ID card provides students, faculty and staff with access to a variety of campus-wide services and systems. The UST ID card serves as:
- Personal identification card
- Meal plan card
- Library card
- Dorm access card
- Parking garage access card
UST ID cards are available at the ID Card Office located in the Office of Student Affairs on the 2nd floor of Crooker Center. Students must bring proof of enrollment and a photo ID to obtain their new UST ID card. (You may use MyStthom to obtain your current enrollment schedule.) New staff and faculty must present a photo ID to obtain their new UST ID card.
There is no fee to obtain your first new UST ID card; however, there is an initial $10 fee to replace lost, stolen and damaged cards. Effective June 1, 2008, the fees for additional replacement cards are: $20 (2nd card), $40 (all subsequent cards). Out-dated (old manually-laminated cards), defective or badly worn cards (photo and/or barcode no longer clearly visible) will be replaced at no charge.
The Office of Student Affairs accepts cash or checks; however, credit card payments Should be made at the Business Office prior to visiting the Office of Student Affairs. A receipt from the Business Office must be presented.
Regular Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Summer Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
