Helping Hands PhotoThe office of Health Promotion and Wellness (HP&W) is committed to the advancement of the health and well-being of the University of St. Thomas community. HP&W provides healthy initiative programs and literature for students, faculty and staff. Some of the topics include alcohol awareness, stress, depression and suicide, abstinence education, men's and women's health issues, smoking cessation, and health fairs.  In order to successfully promote wellness on campus, HP&W also works collaboratively with other departments and with the Real Education About College Health (R.E.A.C.H.) Peer Educators.
